Our Mission:
We welcome radically, love fiercely, and care relentlessly.

Our Vision:
A world where everyone has a place to belong.

Our Values:
We welcome radically because:
Jesus welcomed everyone in his life and ministry, and we are called to follow him.
• Saying “welcome” isn’t enough. Radical welcome means we believe all people are created in the image of God, that their truest self is sacred, and they are worthy of inclusion and respect.
• Churches have not always been places of welcome, particularly for historically marginalized groups. We want to be clear that our doors are open wide for all, and we will continue to learn how to live into our Open & Affirming Covenant.

We love fiercely because:
God is love.
• Alluding to the love of God occasionally is not enough. To love fiercely means to keep love at the forefront of all we do at our church and while we serve the community.
• We believe transformation is possible when we learn to love ourselves, love others, love God and love the world.

We care relentlessly because:
We are cared for by the presence and the movement of the Spirit.
• A life of faith does not promise an easy life, but a Christian community can help ease burdens through compassion and relentless care for neighbor and stranger.
• While grace is offered freely, acts of care have value and help move creation toward wholeness, peace and belonging.

We envision a world where everyone has a place to belong because:
We are created for community.
• We  believe no one should be without a community that models the radical welcome of Jesus, the fierce love of God, and the Spirit’s relentless care.
