SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

Getting together just for fun is important to Haslett Community Church. It is often in conversation around a meal or a campfire where we get to know each other the best!

In addition to the annual social events listed below, there are also “Pick-A-Party” events that change frequently. A “Pick-A-Party” is simply an event or activity that someone at church thinks would be fun for folks in the congregation. They plan the event and those who are interested sign-up on the corresponding clipboard in Friendship Hall.

Dates and details for annual events and Pick-A-Parties can be found in HCC Connections, our monthly newsletter. You do not need to be a member of the church to participate in the activities.

  • Church Camping Trip (August)

  • Chicken BBQ (September)

  • Thanksgiving Dinner (November)

  • Hanging of the Greens (late November or early December)

  • Ski Trip (January)

  • BINGO night (February or March)

  • Before Church Breakfasts (April)

  • Women & Girls’ Brunch (usually in May)

  • Men’s Fishing Trip (usually in July)

  • Summer Ice Cream Social
